Job Description

Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH Overview: We’re currently seeking a Coordinator to support our Employee Development & Analytics team across all core functions. This role is essential to ensuring smooth, consistent, and high-quality delivery of training, assessments, and talent development programs for employees. This position will report on-site to our state-of-the-art headquarters in Richmond Heights, Ohio. This position reports to the Director, ED&A. Responsibilities: – Supports all in-person, virtual, and blended learning programs to include handling invites, scheduling, tracking attendance, logistics, and pre/post-session materials – Manage performance review cycles, providing system support and troubleshooting for employees and leaders – Administer the LMS, including content maintenance, assignments, reporting, and learner support – Support Predictive Index assessments, including administration and distribution of results – Manage New Hire Orientation logis…
