Department: 820 MIS Location: Cleveland, OH Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Human Resources Department as a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist at our state-of-the-art Global Headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio! This position will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent to meet the hiring needs of our organization. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and develop innovative sourcing strategies to find the best candidates. This position reports directly to the Lead Technical TA Specialist.
