Job Description

Department: 260 Global Trip Planning Location: Cleveland, OH Position Summary International Ops-Strategic International Planner supports the International Trip Planning team. This role focuses on all details related to international travel between 2 and 10 days from the trip’s departure. These details include but are not limited to arranging customs require advanced notice, applying for and securing overflight and landing permits, slot confirmation, foreign and domestic entry/exit documents, and trip review. The strategic planner will utilize all available resources to fulfil his or her duties and be able to communicate effectively with various groups within Flexjet, as well as external groups, vendors, and agencies. Once the trip is within 2 days of departure (day of or next day), the Strategic Planner hands off the trip to the Tactical International Team to finalize the trip and see it through to completion.
