  • Critical Hiring Criteria (credentials, experiences, qualifications, other)  1. A minimum of one year’s experience in any type of shipping, receiving or warehouse capacity. 2. Experience in the use of overhead cranes, pallet jacks forklifts/lift trucks. 3. Exposure to domestic and/or international shipping of parts. 4. Ability or experience following directions and reading work instructions. 5. Valid driver’s license and a clear driving record for the past 3 years is required. a. Employee will be required to submit to a Motor Vehicle Record Check upon offer of employment and annually thereafter. An unacceptable record includes a DUI, Reckless Operations and/or Fleeing the Scene of an Accident.

Job Description

Shipping and Receiving is a multi-faceted position responsible for accepting inbound shipments of turbine engine components from around the world and the requirements of preparing repaired components for outbound shipping.
Inbound shipments must be tracked, inspected, and documented for the next step in the repair process.  Outbound shipments follow a detailed written process to ensure the inspection, packaging and safe handling of the critical turbine engine component is accomplished.
The position performs its primary functions in a climate-controlled and modern state-of-the-art facility.  Through our extensive in-house training program, the successful applicant will be instructed via a series of computer based and hands-on training, the skills of the position. As your skills increase, so will your responsibilities, giving you hands-on experience, growth, and additional responsibilities.
