This role is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s legal strategy, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and safeguarding the organization’s intellectual property and assets. The General Counsel provides strategic legal counsel and business guidance to the CEO, SLT, and Board of Directors, supporting complex transactions, corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory matters. This position plays a critical role in advancing the company’s most strategic initiatives by translating legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance that accelerates business outcomes.
