Job Description
Department: 300 Direct Labor Location: Cleveland, OH DESCRIPTION: – Lead a team of Aviation Maintenance Technicians (AMT), assigning tasks and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of work during the shift – Provide technical guidance and assistance to AMTs in troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of aircraft systems and components – Perform inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft and aircraft components – Ensure maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and effectively, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and FAA regulations – Ensure all records of work performed are accurate and complete – Communicate effectively within their team and with other departments to ensure smooth maintenance operations – Train and mentor junior technicians to improve their skills and knowledge of aircraft maintenance – Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: – FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification – High school diploma or equivalent – Minimum of…
