Job Description
Department: 245 Optimization Sell Off Location: Cleveland, OH The Flight Communications Specialist is the primary point of contact for all crew members. As the primary contact, the Flight Communications Specialist is responsible for relaying all pertinent information to the proper departments as well as advising crew members of any changes to the flight schedule. RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide timely resolution to crew member phone calls and emails. – Brief crew members on outstanding assignments as required. – Monitor overnight weather where Flexjet aircraft remain overnight and ensure proper services are arranged. – Monitor Flexjet trips and FBO hours of operation to ensure necessary services are available. – Review post flight information for accuracy. – Work closely with all departments in the operation to facilitate Company mission and assist crew members on rotation. – Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
