Job Description

Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH The Human Resources Business Partner-Cabin Servers will collaborate closely with the Owner Experience team to align HR strategies with business objectives, provide data-driven insights, and drive initiatives that support a high-performance global culture. This position requires strong communication skills, business acumen, and the ability to build trusted relationships across the organization. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Drives collaboration on the development of HR activities, policies, processes, strategy and annual HR strategy between human resources team and Cabin Server leadership team. – Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management; this includes coaching, counseling, and career development for Cabin Servers. – Support change management efforts by guiding leaders through organizational transitions and restructuring.
