PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: – Plan and coordinate all events with the Operations team prior to aircraft arrival – Build work packages based on sales quote prior to aircraft arrival – Collaborate with Quoting to ensure proper billing is associated with the Work Order – Update input dates/hours for capacity planning purposes – Research and gather all technical data required to complete scheduled maintenance events – Ensure a smooth handoff from Sales to Operations – Research all parts for pre-order prior to aircraft arrival – Coordinate all outside services prior to aircraft arrival – Coordinate with Accounting for payment requirement dates – Coordinate with outside vendors to…
