Job Description

Department: 825 Marketing Location: Cleveland, OH Overview Flexjet, a leader in fractional private jet ownership and leasing, is seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our award-winning Global Marketing team. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing email campaigns that drive engagement, consideration, leads, and customer retention across U.S. and European markets. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Pardot (or similar platforms), strong technical skills, and a proven track record in email marketing strategy and execution. Responsibilities – EMAIL STRATEGY & EXECUTION: Develop and manage a global email marketing calendar for the U.S. and EU markets. Plan and execute high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and customer retention. – PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Own timelines and workback schedules for asset collection, coding, testing, QA, and deployment.
