HX5 is currently seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Brook Park, OH in support of the GEARS contract at NASA Glenn Research Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides customer-focused service to employees, managers and leadership. Serves as a first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, escalating as appropriate. Conducts recruitment efforts for all contract positions. Prepares offer material in accordance with procedures and contract requirements. Processes, tracks, and reviews background screens, drug screens and contract required medical screens.
