Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH PURPOSE The HR Generalist is responsible for providing a wide range of support for the HR team with a main focus on Employee Relations. This role helps run investigations, ensuring thorough documentation, determining best outcome solutions and partnering/advising our department leaders as needed.
