Department: 820 MIS Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY The Database Administrator (DBA) is a key member of the Information Technology organization This individual will be responsible for the administration, availability, security, and performance of enterprise database platforms. This role provides both operational support and strategic guidance for databases that are mission-critical business systems. The DBA partners closely with application development, infrastructure, security, and business teams to plan, test, and implement database changes, upgrades, and enhancements while ensuring stability and data integrity. The DBA also plays a vital role in capacity planning, performance tuning, backup and recovery, and incident response.
