Job Description

Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH Overview: We’re currently seeking a Corporate Trainer to join our Human Resources team. This role is essential to delivering impactful, modern, and accurate training that supports employee development, organizational culture, and compliance with company policies and employment regulations. This position will report on-site to our state-of-the art headquarters in Richmond Heights, Ohio. This position reports to the Director, ED&A. Responsibilities: – Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs and ED&A-related training across multiple formats and media platforms – Conduct thorough research to ensure training content reflects current HR policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements – Regularly update and enhance training materials to reflect changes in company policies, employment laws, and organizational needs – Facilitate live training sessions, workshops, and new-hire orientation to create a positive and consistent emplo…
