Job Description
Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH The Payroll Tax Specialist is responsible for managing and ensuring accurate, compliant payroll tax processing across 10 US-based component companies . This role serves as the primary liaison between the organization and all applicable tax agencies, as well as UKG Tax & Payment Services. The key duty of this role is ensuring timely tax filings, payments, issue resolution, and compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local tax agencies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Manage end-to-end payroll tax compliance for multiple component companies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. -Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and UKG Tax & Payment Services, as well as all Tax Agencies. -Oversee payroll tax filings and payments (federal, state, and local), including but not limited to income tax, unemployment tax, and local jurisdiction requirements. -Monitor and reconcile payroll tax liabilities, filings, and paymen…
