Job Description

Department: 260 Global Trip Planning Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY The Global International Planner will be responsible for the overall planning/coordination of international flights for Flexjet LLC US fleet, while maintaining a high attention to detail, focus, and adaptability to our dynamic flight schedule. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Coordinate all aspects of international flight planning and logistics, including handling, airport slots, PPRs, permits (charter, landing, overflight), fuel releases, parking, parking, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and other special services. -Manage all customs and immigration requirements: submit General Declarations, APIS transmissions, and PNR data; coordinate outbound/inbound clearances and crew visa on arrival when necessary. -File international legal flight plans. -Deliver comprehensive trip briefings in accordance with SOPs. -Ensure that crewmembers and passengers meet all entry and visa requirements for destination…
