Department: 260 Global Trip Planning Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY The Global Flight Analyst will be responsible for the overall planning/coordination of international flights for the various EU AOCs, while maintaining a high attention to detail, focus, and adaptability to our dynamic flight schedule. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -United States based role supporting our European operations. -Oversee the full spectrum of trip planning, including route selection, aircraft suitability, fuel requirements, crew coordination, and contingency planning. –Ensure that all flights are in full compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards. -Assess potential operational risks and proactively resolve any issues that may arise during the planning phase of the operation. -Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure smooth and timely execution of each flight, providing updates and managing expectations, as necessary. -Report non-compliance observations for any potential saf…
