Job Description

Department: 245 Optimization Sell Off Location: Cleveland, OH As a Flexjet Weather Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and reliable weather forecasts in addition to communicating traffic management initiatives and delays. Your primary goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of flights by delivering timely and tailored weather and air traffic information to several departments, including Owner Services, Operations, and Flight. Responsibilities – Conduct in-depth analysis of meteorological data from a variety of sources, including satellite and radar imagery, numerical weather models, and surface observations to produce aviation-specific forecasts and briefings. – Deliver comprehensive weather updates and guidance to internal stakeholders before and during flights, providing information on turbulence, icing, thunderstorms, and other weather-related hazards. – Monitor current weather conditions and provide timely updates to operations staff as necess…
