External Description Str : Operations Supervisor is a hands-on, onsite role responsible for supporting daily facility operations while providing direct supervision to a small janitorial team. This position balances facilities maintenance and service request support with oversight of a small cleaning team, ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, clean, and compliant with all health and safety standards.
