Job Description
Department: 245 Optimization Sell Off Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY Embedded within operations, this role builds the reporting, analysis, and process improvements that leadership and front-line teams rely on to manage daily performance and plan for what’s ahead. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive operational decisions. – Create, maintain, and present reports/dashboards that communicate key performance indicators and operational metrics. – Design, build, and implement processes/tools with fast-moving datasets using machine learning, and statistical analysis methods. – Analyze operational datasets (flight activity, on-time performance, aircraft and crew utilization, ground and FBO data) to identify trends, patterns, and root causes that drive decisions. – Translate recurring operational questions into repeatable tools and automated workflows that cut manual effort. – Lead and support analytics projects end t…
