Job Description

Department: 815 Human Resources Location: Cleveland, OH The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions, improve employee engagement, optimize talent management, and enhance overall organizational performance. This role involves analyzing data, developing predictive models, and delivering actionable insights to the business. The Employee Development Analyst will work closely with key systems to create reports and dashboards and collaborate across departments to ensure data supports the company’s workforce strategies and goals. Key Responsibilities: – Collect and analyze Human Resources data, including employee performance, turnover, engagement, recruitment, compensation, and benefits – Integrate all data into visualization tools like Power BI or DOMO – Develop and implement data-driven strategies for workforce planning, retention, recruitment, and employee development – Utilize HRIS, benefit platforms, surveys, and other dat…
