Department: 260 Global Trip Planning Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY The Global Flight Analyst will be responsible for the overall planning/coordination of international flights for the various EU AOCs, while maintaining a high attention to detail, focus, and adaptability to our dynamic flight schedule. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – United States based role supporting our European operations. – Oversee the full spectrum of trip planning, including route selection, aircraft suitability, fuel requirements, crew coordination, and contingency planning. – – Ensure that all flights are in full compliance with aviation regulations and industry standards. – Assess potential operational risks and proactively resolve any issues that may arise during the planning phase of the operation. – Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure smooth and timely execution of each flight, providing updates and managing expectations, as necessary. – Report non-compliance observations for any potential saf…
