Job Description

Department: 250 Owner Services Location: Cleveland, OH Position Summary Global Access Specialist will work directly with Revenue Management Sales Teams to facilitate charter requests on the Flexjet fleet. These requests come from our sister brands – FX-Air & Sentient, as well as various third-party wholesale providers. The Global Access Specialist is responsible for building these requests and then servicing them through their lifecycle while maintaining an extremely fanatical approach. The Global Access Specialist acts as a direct contact for third party vendors and is ultimately responsible for ensuring a flawless experience throughout the process. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to anticipate and resolve issues, proactively communicate updates, and maintain complete oversight of each trip.
