Job Description

Global Trip Planning Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY The EU Operations Controller / Flight Dispatcher is responsible for overseeing daily and strategic operational activities to support the safe and efficient conduct of company flight operations. Responsibilities include flight planning, aircraft performance calculations, weather interpretation, arranging airport slots and ground handling, and the preparation and distribution of General Declarations (GENDECs), while coordinating with operational departments as required to ensure the safe execution of each flight and the highest level of service to our owners. The role requires proactive planning and anticipation of the company’s operational needs.
