Job Description
Department: 215 Crew Services Location: Cleveland, OH The Crew Planner is responsible for the effective utilization of crew resources and developing long-range staffing plans in compliance with company policy and FAA regulations through the use of analytical tools. Liaise with internal departments regarding staffing plans. The crew planner must provide exceptional customer service to the crewmembers and internal customers within other departments. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop long term staffing plans for pilots. – Facilitate 6 month schedule bid and vacation bid. – Facilitate monthly PBS schedule bid. – Monitor and adjust crewmembers schedules due to program movement to ensure adequate staffing and effective crew utilization. – Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand in order to proactively manage any short-term staffing deficits. – Responsible for scheduling coordination of OE tours and PIC upgrades. – Ensure accurate updates to crewmember’s schedules in CAMP…
