Job Description

Description Location: Hybrid – Berea/Cuyahoga Falls, OH (with periodic travel to Winston-Salem, NC) AECO is seeking a Corporate Compliance & Safety Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting corporate quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS) initiatives across multiple locations. This hands-on role involves assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality and compliance systems to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and proactive in driving continuous improvement while maintaining compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations.
