United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Cooks to join their Team at Shake Shack located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport!

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, assembling and cooking items according to proper procedures
• Ensuring food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
• Packaging products while monitoring food and supply levels
• Stocking items and monitoring product rotation
• Basic kitchen clean-up.(floors, countertops, fryers, dishes etc.)
• Follow uniform/appearance guidelines

Job Requirements

• Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
• Is legally able to work in the U.S.
