Job Description

Department: 305 Indirect Labor Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY : The Aviation Crew Chief for the Cabinet and Finish Departments is responsible for leading, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to the fabrication, assembly, and final finishing of custom aircraft interior components. This role ensures that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency while meeting project schedules and expectations. The Crew Chief serves as the primary point of contact for daily shop operations, providing technical guidance and direction to a team of skilled technicians, managing workflow across both departments, and ensuring proper execution of materials, tooling, and finish processes. This position requires a strong understanding of aviation cabinetry, high-end finishing techniques, and the ability to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
