Department: 250 Owner Services Location: Cleveland, OH Flexjet, a global leader in private aviation and luxury travel, is seeking an exceptional individual to join our elite Owner Services team as an Owner Experience Coordinator. This role is at the heart of our commitment to delivering a truly personalized, white-glove experience. As an Owner Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our aircraft Owners, expertly managing every detail of their flight experience, from trip planning and itinerary changes to in-flight preferences and post-trip follow-ups. You are not just a service provider; you are a trusted advisor, brand ambassador, and aviation concierge.
