Department: 814 Owner Experience Mgmt Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY The Cabin Server Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the effective utilization of cabin server resources. This role will assist in developing long-range staffing plans in compliance with company policy and operational regulations. The Cabin Server Scheduling Coordinator must provide exceptional customer service to Cabin Servers, Crewmembers and internal customers within Operations and corresponding departments. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop long term staffing plans for Cabin Servers. – Facilitate PTO inquiries in compliance with operational guidelines. – Monitor and adjust aircraft coverage schedules due to program movement to ensure adequate staffing and effective Cabin Server utilization are maximized. – Analyze monthly staffing requirements against owner demand and aircraft coverage. – Proactively manage any short-term staffing deficits. – Responsible for working directly with crew planning an…
