Department: 204 Aircraft Management Location: Cleveland, OH The Manager of Training Administration is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of flight crew training for a large, complex aircrew population. This role leads a team of Aircrew Training Coordinators and works cross-functionally with pilots, training vendors, finance, records, and flight department leadership to ensure training is delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
