Job Description
Department: 260 Global Trip Planning Location: Cleveland, OH The Global Flight Planner will be responsible for the overall planning/execution of international flights while maintaining a high attention to detail, focus, and adaptability to our dynamic flight schedule. Responsibilities: – Submit and manage applications for airport slots and PPRs (prior permissions requests), landing, parking requests and overflight permits when required for all flights. – Submit and manage requests for ground handling services, fuel, and other ground related arrangements (special services) for all flights. – Assist in arranging catering, ground transportation, and passenger hotel arrangements when required. – Customs/Immigration coordination: General Declarations, APIS transmissions, arrange Outbound/Inbound clearances and crews visas on arrival. – Ensure crewmembers and passengers meet all entry requirements for countries being visited. – Provide external agents with all applicable aircraft/crew docume…
