Job Description

Department: 315 Production Management Location: Cleveland, OH Flexjet is hiring a Fleet Technical Manager specializing in Avionics to join our maintenance organization at Flexjet’s facility in Cleveland, Ohio. The selected candidate will primarily focus on Embraer Phenom 300, Praetor 500 / 600 aircraft, Challenger 300/350/3500, Gulfstream G450/500/650/700. The key responsibilities include managing fleet reliability and daily dispatch operations, offering troubleshooting and AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery support to the maintenance control center, and collaborating with fleet OEM technical support to address and enhance fleet reliability concerns.
