Job Description
Department: 245 Optimization Sell Off Location: Cleveland, OH Flexjet is currently seeking qualified individuals to join our Operations department as a Charter Coordinator. This position works closely with the Scheduling Department and outside suppliers to ensure all Owner trips are covered to meet company standards and the expectations of our Owners. Responsibilities: – Request charter quotes from third party providers via phone, email, and/or web. – Develop an expert understanding of the aircraft in our fleet as well as available aircraft in the charter market (i.e. range, capacity, necessary runway length etc.) – Ensure that trips are scheduled on aircraft that meet owner expectations and specifications. – Identify and escalate issues of immediate importance to operations management and client services. – Negotiate pricing to optimize buying strategies. – Establish strong working relationships with charter vendors as well as develop new relationships. – Ensure Flexjet safety standar…
