Job Description

Department: 810 Facilities Location: Cleveland, OH POSITION SUMMARY Flexjet is looking for a qualified candidate to join our Facilities Building Maintenance team as a Groundskeeper for our state-of-the-art facility in Cleveland, Ohio. This position will work directly with the Facility Director in creating a safe exterior environment that enhances the appearance of the facility. The candidate will display a strong work ethic with fanatical attention to detail. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Performs weekly inspection of the property and grounds as well as common areas and reports deficiencies to Facility Director. -Performs a variety of tasks related to the care of grasses and plants. Weeds flowerbeds weekly or more often if needed. Fertilizes lawns, trees and shrubs. -Mows lawn weekly during the proper season. Cleans landscaping tools and equipment after each use. -Trims, prunes, and removes scrubs, bushes, and trees to maintain neat appearance and desired shape. -Performs general mai…
