Job Description

This job is open to Help Internal to an agency Current federal employees of the hiring agency that posted the job announcement. Duties Help – Lead and manage one or more enterprise-level human capital programs supporting agency leadership and Centers. – Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital initiatives. – Supervise and guide a team of HR professionals responsible for delivering human capital services across the Agency. – Partner with NASA senior leadership, Center HR offices, and agency stakeholders to develop solutions addressing workforce challenges. – Analyze workforce trends and identify emerging human capital issues affecting the Agency. – Lead enterprise projects and initiatives …
