Job Description

Position Responsibilities -Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers -Pick up returns and cores -Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs -Daily collection of credit accounts -Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing the CPP with insights learned while making deliveries -Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value -Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot -General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts -Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales -Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services -Other duties as assigned Success Factors -Safe driving and navigation ability -Ability to use delivery board system -Friendly and persuasive communication -Ability to locate an…
