Description: Master MIG/TIG Welder & Fabricator Company: Alloy Engineering Location: Berea, OH Status: Full-Time, 100% Employee-Owned (ESOP) Pay: $28.00 – $40.00/hr (Based on experience) Alloy Engineering is not a high-volume production shop. We are a custom-engineered solutions provider where every project is a ‘one-off’ challenge. We are seeking a Master Welder/Fabricator -a true artisan with 10+ years of experience who thrives on craftsmanship, complex industrial builds, and working with exotic alloys. As a 100% Employee-Owned company, you will have a direct stake in the company’s success and the quality of every weld that leaves our floor.
