Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the local HR team with regional oversight. Assist in maintaining and auditing HR records, paperwork, and reports for accuracy. Support onboarding activities, including verifying and tracking completion. Assist with recruiting tasks such as coordinating job fairs and candidate communications. Contribute to a positive location culture and support employee engagement initiatives. -Support with various Regional Projects and initiatives. Participate in team brainstorming and support HR projects and future initiatives. -Help create and deliver presentations and communications for employees. Measure and report on project progress and outcomes. Learn and use internal HR software and tools. Take part in formal and informal training to build HR skills.
