Job Description

External Description Str : In this position… You will apply engineering principles & analytical techniques to establish and continuously improve manufacturing processes and products. External Responsibilities Str : What you’ll do… – Troubleshoot machinery, robot, automation, and controls issues and downtime – Use Factory Information Systems (FIS), plant monitoring software, to review cycle times of equipment, review and follow up project installations. – Reprogram equipment for engineering changes and improvements – Update program backups for machinery and automation – Program new installations of automation, machinery, material handling, and robots – Review risk assessments as part of a team evaluating equipment safety. – Working with Programmable Logic and Controls (PLC) – Siemens and Modicon programming – Independently troubleshoot all equipment and continuously evaluate equipment for improvement for quality and delivery – Works with PLC/Computer Numerical Control (CNC) – Sie…
