Description Alloy Engineering, a 100% Employee-Owned Company in Berea, OH, seeks a skilled and experienced Brake Press Operator to join our team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining press brake machines according to company guidelines using precise specifications. The Brake Press Operator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the fabrication processes run smoothly and efficiently. The operator’s skills and dedication directly impact the quality of the products produced. Responsibilities: – Set up and prepare press brake machines by selecting and aligning dies in the machine ram. – Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and production orders to determine required dimensions, tolerances, and materials. – Calculate bend allowances, determine proper tonnage requirements, and select the appropriate press brake machine settings. – Load and unload materials into the press brake machine, ensuring proper alignment and p…
