This position is a trusted advisor to the business, shaping employment law strategy at a national scale within a complex, people-driven organization. In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative, high-performing team of employment attorneys to lead complex and business-critical employment matters supporting a workforce of more than 100,000 team members. The role spans sophisticated litigation and day-to-day counseling and requires close partnership with Operations and Human Resources to address real business challenges in a practical, scalable way.
