External Description Str : ABM is searching for an APS Senior Portfolio Director to support our Education group’s Central region. The APS Senior Portfolio Leader is a senior-level strategic and technical leader responsible for driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial performance across a multi-state portfolio of APS accounts. APS (ABM Performance Solutions) integrates all ABM offerings into a single, self-delivered model, including engineering, energy, sustainability, custodial, and advanced building technologies. This role requires deep technical expertise in facility management, building systems, and energy optimization, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and smart building solutions. The leader serves as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging innovative technologies such as IoT, BAS, CMMS, and predictive analytics to enhance reliability, resiliency, and efficiency.
