Job Description
Aircraft Operations Location: Cleveland, OH The Aircrew Training Coordinator will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and communication of aircrew training. This role requires working closely with pilots, as well as all departments in the GCC. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES -Schedule line checks, annual line training, OE, UOE and remedial training events with company Instructor and Check pilots. -Track crewmember currency and ensure all training events are completed on time. -Coordinates crewmember scheduling shifts and training assignments with Crew Scheduling. -Ensures the training spreadsheet is kept up to date. -Assists with crewmember training assignments and placement of training events during the aircrew scheduling bid process. -Communicates crewmember training activities to the crewmembers, and GCC. -Delivers monthly documentation to the Chief Pilot, crewmembers and ground instructors to ensure all facets of the training events are scheduled an…
