We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead service operations, manage client relationships, and drive profitability across a portfolio of service accounts.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage approximately 30–40 client accounts while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Lead and supervise assigned service technicians, providing coaching, direction, and performance management.
Coordinate technician schedules, workloads, and field operations to maximize efficiency and billable hours.
