Job Description

The Test Facilities Operation, Maintenance and Engineering (TFOME) contract at the NASA Glenn Research Center, Lewis Field in Cleveland, Ohio, is searching for a Research Facility Electrician (RFE) to p erform a variety of journeyman electrical trade functions such as the installation, maintenance, or repair of equipment for the generation, distribution, or utilization of electric energy. TFOME is dedicated to excellence in service and to providing outstanding technical opportunities for our employees. We specialize in providing engineering and technical services in the areas of aero/space propulsion and power test facilities to NASA Glenn. – Install and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power equipment, and components of machinery and equipment following electrical code, manuals, specifications, schematics, and blueprints. – Install and repair control and distribution apparatus, including motors, relays, switches, circuit-breaker panels, etc. – Install and connect power supply wirin…
