Orion Main Engine Engineer Aerospace Engineer V NASA Glenn Research Center Brook Park, OH HX5 is an award-winning provider of engineering, research and development, and technical services to clients such as NASA and the Department of Defense. Founded in 2004, HX5 is a fast-growing veteran- and woman-owned company with locations nationwide. HX5 is currently seeking a part time senior-level Orion Orbital Maneuvering System Engine (OMS-E) Engineer to join our team in Brook Park, Ohio in support of the GEARS contract at NASA Glenn Research Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : The OMS-E engines are assembled by NASA’s White Sands Test Facility, tested at NASA’s Johnson Space Center, integrated and tested at Airbus’ Bremen facility; further integration occurs at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center.
