Job Description

Location Description: 800° Woodfired Kitchen is Anthony Carron’s chef-inspired and innovative take on the art of cooking with wood fire. Our entire menu is woodfired to perfection, infusing each item with just the right amount of smokiness. We start with the highest-quality ingredients, scratch dough, fresh produce and artisan-quality meats and cheeses, and we create an offering as authentic and delicious as it is remarkably diverse. The result is craveable and irresistibly delicious craft pizza, salads, bowls, veggies and more. Taste the magic of woodfired!

United Concessions Group (UCG) is now hiring Team Members to join their Team at 800 Degree Pizza located inside of the Cleveland Hopkins Airport!

Responsibilities:

  • Taking guests orders and completing transactions
  • Acting as a salesperson (suggestive selling)
  • Collecting payments (cash, card, etc.), and issuing receipts
  • Maintaining a clean front counter/checkout area
  • Follow uniform/appearance guidelines
  • Calling out orders and handing guests their food
  • Following all bagging guidelines
  • Prepare and serve beer, wine, liquor, and cocktails.
  • Prepare, cook, and plate food according to recipes and standards.
  • Maintain proper food safety practices, including temperature checks.
  • Complete daily prep, restock stations, and follow cleaning checklists.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely.
  • Wash dishes, clean stations, and maintain an organized kitchen.
  • Basic food knowledge including temps and safe handling.

  • Stands for long periods
  • Routinely lifts, carries, and moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Meet the minimum age requirements for serving/pouring alcohol
  • Bends, reaches, and moves quickly in tight spaces
